The Russian stages of the European Poker Tour and the operation of PokerStars Sochi have been suspended and we are currently unable to conduct any transactions with Russian players. Below is some important information about your PokerStars Sochi account.

Will EPT Sochi live events return to Sochi again?

Live events will not be held in Sochi until such time that it is safe for staff and players to attend, and until it is appropriate to do so. Qualifiers can contact live@pokerstarslive.com with any queries.

When will I be able to play on PokerStars Sochi again?

We do not have a timeframe for when Russian players will be able to play on PokerStars Sochi again. We will communicate this to players as soon as there is a change in the situation.

Are my funds safe?

We would like to assure you that in line with our customer protection standards and regulatory obligations, your balances remain safe. All funds and balances are kept in segregated accounts and are never used for operational expenses. They remain ready to be refunded when the situation changes.

How can I request a refund?

It is currently possible to submit a refund request using several payment methods. Please check the ‘Refund’ tab in the Cashier to see which refund methods are available to you. We are continuing to work on solutions that will expand the refund options that are available.
